As I lay here, desolate and obtuse,
Free will conquered by inferiority,
Plagued by ignorance, shadowed by remorse,
Contemplating changes, reaching my astral form

Let me grow my wings,
Let me fly in to the unknown,
Reaching out my arms and embracing my destiny,
My will is not clear yet my conscious is

And finally as I grow my wings,
I begin to fly,
Lifting off this mortal plain,
Only to fall in a downward spiral

There is no escape,
My shadow drowns my soul,
I am left to think desolate and obtuse,
Under my cloud of despair...
