All the day I've tried so hard to scare
and frighten all the emptiness away
Everytime my tongue will tell the same
Hope to end before I'll pass away

Soon the day will be the final day
My aim is to strain
but time is going to fade
No excuse to work another day
Life is too short to waste your time away

Hollow phrases can be so unkind
I'm filling the line

Words are bleary
like a cold december rain
No stars shine through those skies
to light a brighter day
I found no reason
for the emptiness inside
The lies they told us
cause the words I want to say
