Cold dominion...
Cold and harsh this throne of winter
Monarchy held over this land
Heavy burden...
Heavy is the head that wears the crown
Like snow upon the branches
Storm clouds coming...
Storm of war sweeps through the kingdom
Emperor sounds the battle horn
Longswords unsheathed...
Long and agonizing is the onslaught
thrashing through our domain

All our towns, villages
Have been raped and pillaged
Castles torched, children slain
Only ash now remains

Woken in this nightmare, all allies gone
I'm the last hope to save our empire's reign
Alone, desperate, I know I must survive
Barren wastelands will be traveled upon

Isolation...
Isolated on this voyage
Left to dwell in desolation
Winds of winter...
Winds of ice cut through skin like knives
Must push on to save our king's life

Through the dark valley
Across the icy stream
The wolf and the raven
Appear to me in my dream
They show me the way to the kingdom
Guide my path to glory
This strenuous journey
