A dark day has arrived
The will to live, a test before mankind
Fortunes made now matter not
Self-preservation can't be taught
The writing on the wall has never been so clear
We now revert to primal rage
Fall of society is here

Hold out for one more night
Pray dawn won't bring our last sunrise

So ill-prepared the masses
Instinct devolved
One generation's time

Protect the little that we've got
