Man has stood upon decree that dominion is the key
So the sufferance of the beasts resides in all of history
And the arrogance is fed on the tiniest thread
That the skies above can show us how to be

There’s retribution shown in tooth and claw
No more the masters in the ring
The time is ripe to hear the bloodied sing

Understand the eyes that stare
Beyond the conscience of the being lies primordial fear
Still relentless, man and the myth
To conquer, not to share
Go careful in the night
The consequences of our greed
Lead us into a fight as wild ones bleed

From the wisdom and the grace, a co-existing race
Self importance made the man the king of all the earthly fates
But the empathy was spent, time enough to lament
As we look upon the rivers running red

Through our myopic lens, the visions blurred
The soulless actions that condemn
Go forth the masters till to the bitter end

Still holds a will to life beyond
The reach of infamous care

Rebel with all their might
