Let me tell you the story of a man
The most loyal guard
The Queen regarded him with trust
The greatest gift of all

Sad news reached his ears one day
The sun had left the earth
Strange things surrounded the king's death
Suspicions everywhere

There was a voice he heard
Lies and no one knew the truth

Soon, he would have to leave his land
And go into hiding
Far from his beloved country he’ll be
And always
Miss everything that he had to leave behind
And hope someday
He’ll be able to go back to home again

In the desert he was almost dead
He thought it was the end
But that was not to be his fate
The Bedouins passed his way

Their leader knew his name and fame
Amongst them he would stay
And soon he proved his worth to all
A great one among them

As he is older he wins a fight
Killing the giant it makes him a legend now

He remembers how he had to leave his home
And go into hiding
Far from his beloved country he’s been
But always
Miss everything that he had to leave behind
And finally now
He’s able to go back to Egypt again
