Somewhere in a distant year to come
You'll find the capsule that I bury now
As you read and listen to my words
Open-mouthed you'll stare and wonder how

My God how could they let it happen
Had seven nations lost their minds?
Oh, the fools they chose to lead them

This scorched infernal earth beneath our feet
Radiates pain from its crust
As its guardians, we must fain accept defeat

From our example, you must now refrain

Sent polar ice into the sea
And the rising sea destroyed them
