There I heard it again
Though I do not pretend to hear
Someone is screaming in pain
I am damned, this will never end

Bad feelings just do not go away
Freedom just do not exist

Forever filled with tears

I have tried to escape
And I have tried to forget
But the truth is my friend
I will meet the shadow at the end of the stairs

Do believe I am cursed
The gods have chosen this way
To run from this dark
Dismal, abysmal fear

I always find myself to be
In places tainted by evil doings

Forever in final desperation

My shadow is waiting for me
He gaze upon me now
At last the chase is over
I wonder only how

I chose to climb the stairs
