Obsidian Mantra - The Flame of Self-Condemnation

I found the liar within
crawling aside
I found the traitor within
who is lurking
pushing me into keeping quiet

searching for the cleansing from disgrace
all the memories will cease to exist
the promise of oblivion
seems to be the righteous one

even if I am seizing the rest of light
I know that I am crumbling down

I yearn for a liberation
every moment of doubt
lights the flame of self-condemnation
searing me for years
burning me out deeper and deeper
to the ashes of the harrowed soul

I snuffed out all the candles
which light led me astray
I am leaving now this cursed place
and I'm abandoning my shelter
burned out to the ashes
