Lao Che - Baśń tysiąca i jednej nocki

My very big wine,
and red sea of vodka
made me
fall onto a carpet
completely wretched.
Lead by the remains of mind
I spoke with those words:
"my carpet, carry me,
take me to Eden.

On this night,
this paradise
has a wide frame[1].
From maybe to maybe[2],
from Tatras to Tatras[3].

I fly above voivodeships[4],
the paradise is full of fliers:
[someone] guilty needed as soon as possible!
Who's guilty?
[Someone] different!
I fly, surrounded by rabies[5]:
death to enemies of nudity! Nudity - a word [that is] invited to dance[6],
pawed and groped.
Loudest percussion caps
are fired during an indulgence[7]...
Overkill with an overkill[8], that's in sinister taste.

I'm sobering up...
The end of fairytale,
The end of the night.
I return to the nest,
where [there is] the Płock county[9].
chimneys like minarets [10]...
I land on the porch.
I love the scent of benzene in the morning[10][11].

[1] As in, a frame of vision in video. Or something like panorama.
[2] Sounds similar to "from sea to sea" (od morza do morza)
[3] A range of mountains in Poland. They are in the south of the country. Compare with [2] - the Baltic Sea is in the north of Poland.
[4] The highest administrative division of Poland
[5] The Polish name for rabies indicates anger, madness, frenzy. This line may imply such fury, rather than the disease.
[6] Literally "taken to dance"
[7] Catholic concept, basically special occasion to have one's sins forgiven. The word is also used for more general countryside holidays.
[8] I might be mishearing, but it might also be "overkill with/and a flaw" ("przesada z przysadą")
[9] A powiat (county) in central Poland. Lao Che's place of origin.
[10] An allusion to Orlen - an oil processing plant and a fuel factory in the aforementioned Płock county, which features such chimneys, and produces pollution such as benzene.
[11] Also a reference to the movie "Apocalypse Now", in which Lieutenant Colonel Bill Kilgore says a similar line, just with napalm instead of benzene.
