Enemies surround like a pack of dogs
They close in on me
I can count every bone in my body
My enemies stare and gloat
You have laid me in the dust, left for dead

Yet You are holy
Praises of Israel surround Your throne
Our peoples trusted in You
And You saved them

You brought me safely from my mother's womb
I was thrust upon You at birth
You have always been my God
Do not stay so far from me
