Ichneutic - Through the Ever Winter

Walking in open fields, the heavy night close to me,
beasts aware, foretelling the calling.
I am alone, warm within, civilisation gone from my mind.
Ancient arts forbidden before now known to me.

Above the frozen wastes of the ever winter,
wolves gather and the seed of sin grows within.

Still the black flame burns inside me,
and with freezing chill it will burn through the hearts of the holy,.
Winter fog falls over the earth, to cleanse for the new reign.
As an invisible empire, we grow stronger,
no want to repent, waiting to hail the serpent,
what will I see when this world is gone,
where will I be - at rest and in peace within an immortal body.
I am alone, yet I am many, I will stand with the forest apart but one.
I will see what the crow sees, and feed on what the wolf feeds,
pure evil, pure hate, an ever winter, freezing cold, here with the ancient and the old.
