Crawling forth I see
through the window A family of three
A child a drunk and a mother A widow soon to be

Needle sick, she crawls up the stairs,
all alone a child left bare
Scooping the infant into my jaw,
I snap it in half and devour it raw

Ascending the stairs, lightly I tread
Littered with junkies, the chemically dead
The sadistic feast compelled Me to feed
Refusing to stop the hunger and greed

Needle sick, I tear them apart
Gorging on tissue I feast on their heart
Tearing their limbs and ripping their skin
Flesh eating maggots crawling within


Meat hook sacrilege, No remorse

Cannibal fantasy Flesh to be scorched
Perception through your pain While I fuck brain
