Dawn cracks the skies
Yet another bleak day
Through bloodshot eyes
Existential visions
Of my former
Ravaged tribulation
Is what remains
Decrepitude and pain
Distress within
Master of depression
This cell, my home
Lassitude's cold thrall
Feeble and weak
To breathe enerves a toll
Lithium's balm
Still the sewers of mind
Bound in torment
Four walls divined as hell
A deadend mind
Sever my final hope...

Forlorn and cold
Sanity cedes
Madness streams forth
Carving my tome
'Pon walls and flesh...

Bleed the rage... from spilled veins
Tales of woe... an insane scrawl
Stained tiles and splattered walls
Reflect the maddening crawl
Lopsided smile; impassive eyes
Wounds deeper than my grave
Voices silenced... penance served
Weakened pulse... shallow breath
No redemption... fodder for worms
A rigid shell now left behind
Padded womb... my epitaph
Transmogrified into the void...
