Halo of Leprosy - This Subjective Suicide

I open my eyes to witness the decadence
Of my own mind and its brain cells
Distorted nature of my hideous subconscious will
Makes me grab myself by the neck and push my bones in

I can't breathe no more
The world around spins in circles
I feel the worms
They want to eat my body
I carve my own eyes
From the sockets, which cry me to stop
I tear my own gristles
I can see my own hands

The holes in the earth
I will crawl in one of them
The holes in earth
Just where sinners burn

Biting my own neck
I am not invited
To the ceremony of my burial
The cemetery dance
I bleed disgust
This is worse than a nightmare
And somehow best
I have ever felt
